She forces me to go out and collect weeds, and when I go home she throws her crystals at me yelling I did not grab enough. Her home is littered with animal bones and smells of old rubber and incense. I pretend to be asleep as she tells riddles in front of my bed. She beckons me to answer but I have no clue. Today I got her a shell from the creek, she held it to ear and listened for hours before throwing it at me. I cried. It hurt when she threw the shell at me.
